| Q. How long will it take to get back my appraisal? |

A. For a single item we will complete the appraisal within 24 hours from when we receive the information. |

| Q. Can I take this appraisal to the bank for financing? |

|
A. Yes. You paid for the appraisal and it is yours to use as you like. You will be able to print out the full appraisal including all the information that you provided us, the images and our appraisal information from your account. |

| Q. Do you guarantee your appraisal number? |
|
|
A. No. This appraisal is based on the information that you provided. In most cases if we were to purchase the equipment we would pay you 80% of the Forced Sale value. Please contact us for details. |
